Handlebars are wonky, hoods uncomfortable plastic, poor ergonomic design, very hard and gets slippery with moisture.. need to be made more like normal bars and also with gear change paddles rather than small buttons. Saddle rubbish - needed changing out.
Other than that, easily adjustable. Poor value for money IMO.

Doesn’t fit short people as claimed
I’m 5 foot 1 inch and the zwift ride frame is supposed to fit people from 5 foot. Zwift kindly did send me free of charge the adjustable crank. Even with this the zwift ride is still a little too big. I should really send it back but I’m keeping it and using it because of the inconvenience and cost of returning such a large heavy item. Zwift need to change how they publish six that the frame fits from height to inside leg length. If it had been advertised that way I wouldn’t have bought it. Photo shows how even with adjustable cranks it still doesn’t fit

Hi Llowes,

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback and we really appreciate your patience with the sizing challenges you've experienced. We're sorry to hear that even with the adjustable cranks, the Zwift Ride frame still doesn't provide the ideal fit for your height.

I understand how frustrating it must be when the product doesn't fit as expected based on the advertised specifications, and we recognise this impacts the overall riding experience.

We appreciate you taking the time to include the photo as well - this kind of detailed feedback helps us better understand real-world fit issues that riders are experiencing. We'll make sure to pass your comments about sizing specifications along to our product team.

Ride on.

Perfect way to start Zwifting
Very impressed, simple to assemble, beautifully packaged, simple to set up and use.
Very addictive and Zwift app very immersive.
My only gripe is the Wahoo Kickr Core 2 is more noisy than anticipated but I hope will quieten with more use.
