A simple bit of kit that lets different riders use their own specific saddle without faffing around swapping them out. Simply attach one saddle to your seatpost and then just swap out the whole post.
Good product for not having to keep switching over the bike seats between my wife and I.
4 stars as:
- Quite stiff to get into and out (wife has a hard time)
- The setback is too far... I'd prefer a 0 offset but nothing on offer
- Found it hard to get the saddle on due to narrow rails. Had to do a bit of bending.... rather than going on easy like the actual saddle I have.
a bit awkward to get into down tube as theres a plastic tab that gets in the way, also the bolt that holds the saddle could be a little longer to make it eaiser to mount saddle into overly tight saddle bracket.
Top service from Zwift . Now we can both train without too much faff .
Where do I even begin? Before this seatpost, my wife and I were swapping entire saddles every time we switched riders.
The stock saddle with the Zwift Ride wasn’t comfortable for her, so every changeover meant tools out, saddle off, different saddle on. Repeat ad nauseam.
Now? We each have our own seatpost. Revolutionary stuff.
We’ve basically discovered the wheel, except it’s an elongated hexagonal tube with a saddle on top.
The installation was straightforward - remember those shape-sorting toys from when your kids were toddlers? The ones where they had to figure out which hole the hexagon goes in? Turns out that was advanced training for Zwift ownership.
If you mastered that at 18 months old, you’re more than qualified to install this seatpost. Insert hexagonal object into hexagonal hole. Tighten clamp. You’ve done it. Your parents would be so proud.
The multi-user adjustment works exactly as physics would suggest: you loosen it, slide it up or down, then tighten it again. NASA should take notes.
Does it hold my saddle at the correct height while I pedal? Yes. Does it catastrophically fail mid-sprint? No. In the world of elongated hexagonal metal tubes, this one truly excels at being elongated, hexagonal, and metallic.
Would I recommend it? If you’re tired of swapping saddles between riders, then absolutely.
10/10 - Most life-changing piece of hexagonal tube I’ve ever purchased. All those years of toddler toys finally paying dividends.
