First Zwift can be congratulated on excellent service and prompt delivery. This is an excellent upgrade as all my road bikes have 165mm cranks. Fitting was easy as I already had the tools but it would be better if they were included and even better if Zwift sold a version of the Ride with these cranks already fitted in which case it would tick all the boxes and gain 5 stars from me.

Very happy they now have adjustable cranks as I use 165mm cranks. Without these adjustable cranks I would not have upgraded to the full zwift set up. Just followed the guidance and it was easy to change the cranks over.

Nice addition to the Zwift Ride. Excellent instructions for fitting. Pity they don’t supply the extractor tool given how cheap they are on Amazon. Fast delivery in the UK. I’m riding 165 so now it matches my bikes. I’m happy.
