Ride On with Zwift Ride!
I had a great experience - from order delivery was very quick. Setup was straightforward and everything you need is in the box. Adjusting once setup was also very quick and easy to do.
I unfortunately had a small technical issue with a noise after a couple of months, but after only a couple of days of speaking with support, they sent me a replacement straight away with no problems. It arrived the next working day and then I was able to ship the original back using the same box. The customer service was amazing.
The Zwift Ride is stable, it feels so sturdy when sprinting now, and I love the virtual gear set-up for different course profiles. It's very comfortable and even the "stock" saddle is very comfy for riding for a couple of hours at a time.
I'm happy with my purchase and have already recommended it to many members of my club!

Solid & Easily Adjustable
The Ride is well designed for easy adjustment, and easy recall of rider settings. The sliding sections are all marked and lettered so you can note your own setup. It is solidly built, works well, and comes with a surprisingly comfortable saddle. The lack of front wheel, and single "fork" leg, makes it a little less space hungry too. The little magnetic socket for keeping the supplied Allen key is a great touch.
The built in Zwift controls have been faultless for me, and seems to have excellent battery life. A little more explanation of the controls (the analog brake/steering controls weren't obviously anything to do with steering, or I missed an instruction page).
The only significant disappointment is the lack of holes on the crank arms to allow adjustment of crank arm length. I usually ride 165mm, and I would have preferred to be able to replicate that.
