Adding the Wahoo Kickr Headwind to the Kickr / Zwift Ride set up, has really helped me during my workouts in the last two weeks... Just having the unit connected to my HR chest strap it picks up speed or slows down during the workout without having to touch it... Superb... Took a bit of working out how far in front of the bike to place it to get the best airflow / cooling during the ride, but once you get it set up for your style / position, it is fantastic and works really well... No scientific, but my FTP has increased over the last few rides, and i think the cooling is helping me get better performance for the duration of the workoute / route ride...

Headwind Fan
Really pleased that I opted for this fan and was a bit concerned about the expense. It was well worth it and used it in both HR and speed modes. Another good piece of kit making the indoor riding a lot better.
