Take complete control of Zwift with our Bluetooth handlebar remotes. From menus and workout controls to route selection and Ride Ons–it's all at your command. Plus, you can even drop PowerUps straight from your bars.

Virtual Shifting

Add a bit extra to Zwift, especially racing
Good so far, 2 weeks in, maintaining draft in races was the primary reason for purchase but the finger tip power up and kudos are a bonus, not sure about the need for brakes yet and would be cool to disable so not accidentally used.

Surprisingly not a gimmick!
I spend about 4 hours a week on zwift and have been struggling shifting my gears. Gave Zwift Play a whirl and its a step-change in all sorts of ways. Easier to move up and down gears, easier to use power-ups and navigate the screen, no need for a keyboard or mouse during the ride. Well worth the money.
The only downside so far is the bluetooth intermitently cuts out mid-ride. Maybe once every 3 hours. Still havent worked out if its a "me problem" or a hardware issue. Everything else reliably connects via bluetooth (mouse, HRM, kickr) so will stay on it and ask for swap if it continues.
Would definitely recommend though!

Much better than expected!
Really does bring gamification home to Zwift - super easy to install, fits well, feels great and lovely haptic... fabulous build quality and just like your favourite console. Does away with all keyboard faffing and is very intuitive. Could do with ability to re-assign buttons to user preference. Gear change is very easy with hub (perhaps this is not so clear in the marketing), braking is useful in companion rides and shifting road position feels like an advantage... but, perhaps not clear that you are making gains.

and now it's a Wahoo KickR core Zwift one
So with the recent update to the Wahoo Kicker core firmware and with spending £99 It's now effectively a Zwift hub with bells on.
Using iPad (about 5 years old) and Kickr cadence and HR monitor all work together very well.
Not had any drop outs and not running the companion app, have good Broadband - although not in best location.
So far very pleased with it. Much quieter and will reduce wear on cassette and rear mech.

Excellent Zwift play
Wasn’t sure when this first came out but with the introduction of virtual shifting on my existing Kickr was a game changer. Took a while to understand the setup but all good now
